Fisher Wrathall Surveyors, a progressive and well-respected independent surveying business, is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Building Surveyor to join our team. This role will be to covering Preston and the surrounding areas carrying out RICS Level 2 & 3 Home Surveys.

Key Responsibilities:‍
· Conducting residential RICS surveys.
· Completing Residential valuations
· Ensuring adherence to internal processes and RICS regulations.
· Building and maintaining strong professional relationships through effective networking, both internally and externally.

What We Are Looking For:
· Minimum ASSOC RICS qualification.
· Registered Valuer status, or commitment to achieving it.
· At least 12 months of relevant experience is preferred.
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· Meticulous attention to detail.
· Strong drive and ambition to succeed.
· Excellent market knowledge and commercial awareness.
· Superior report writing and communication skills.

· Salary of £45-£60k dependent on experience (to be discussed at interview).
